"Dr. Highers has been absolutely wonderful. After seeing several dentists who made my husband feel like his teeth couldn’t be saved, Dr. Highers gave us hope again. He took the time to evaluate everything carefully and has done an amazing job repairing and restoring my husband’s teeth instead of giving up on them.
His skills have made such a difference, not only in my husband’s smile but also in his confidence. The entire experience has been positive and we’re so grateful to have found a dentist who truly cares about his patients.
We can’t recommend Dr. Highers enough. His staff is exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions. They make every visit smooth and stress-free!!"

"I am so glad Dr. Higher moved his practice to Manistique. I went to him once when he was in Escanaba and had a very positive experience. I had to have a filing done yesterday and it was totally painless, quick, and easy. The staff there is super. I'm like everyone else and don't look forward to visiting the dentist, but I have to say this visit was exceptional. It's always nice to be treated professionally and like a valued customer by people that obviously are interested in your well-being. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit for a checkup and cleaning. Thanks again!"

"Dr Higher is great! He explains everything thoroughly, and he is the first dentist I’ve had who can painlessly give novocaine shots. He made time for me when I was in the area to install my permanent bridge, saving me a 60 mile drive. The bridge is perfect and for the first time in months I can chew on both sides of my mouth."

"The entire staff, from front office to the doctor himself were great. They're not taking new clients, but worked me in because I was in pain. He was able to fix the issue same day. Highly recommend."

"Dr. Highers was a life saver! I had a crown come off a tooth on a Thursday night. I spent hours the next morning calling every dentist within a hundred miles. The few that were open couldn't be bothered with cementing a crown back on a tooth. Dr. Highers was willing to stay past his closing time and wait for me to drive 2 hours to get there. I hate that he is 2 hours from me, but I'm willing to make the drive again because of how well he took care of me. Much thanks for getting me fixed up so I could enjoy pizza and wings while watching March Madness!"
